Joe Tannery is joining Sol as Vice President of Solar Retail, working closely with ECM Business Development team. In his most recent role, he was the Director of Customer Experience Strategy & Analytics at Dominion Energy, where he led the creation and implementation of the customer experience strategy for residential and commercial customers across eight states. At Dominion, he also established standards, playbooks, and governance to deliver consistent customer centered experiences and directed the CX Center of Enablement (COE) in customer insights discovery, solution development, and customer validation.

Prior to his role as a Director of Customer Experience, he was the Director of Innovation at Dominion. As Director of Innovation, he was responsible for developing and implementing the corporate innovation vision, strategy, and organizational infrastructure necessary to drive growth through the identification, development, and commercialization of internal and external business opportunities.

Joe holds a B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University, a J.D. from the University of Richmond, and an MBA and M.S. of Natural Resources from Virginia Tech.
