Sol Systems Welcomes Matt Jennings, the Newest Member of our SREC Customer Care Team

Sol Systems is pleased to introduce its newest team member: Matt Jennings.

Sol Systems is pleased to introduce its newest team member of our SREC Customer Care team, Matt Jennings.

Along with Bridget Callahan and Victoria Ngare, Matt manages accounts for Sol Systems’ customer base of over 4,200+ solar energy system owners and installers in thirteen states who rely on Sol Systems to sell their solar renewable energy credits (SRECs). Welcome to the team, Matt!

In addition to managing customer and solar installer inquiries, Matt  manages customer meter readings and production monitoring for SREC minting with PJM-GATS and NEPOOL. Mr. Jennings also conducts policy research and interacts with the various public utilities commissions to guide customers through the path toward SREC certification.

Prior to joining Sol Systems, Mr. Jennings worked as a contractor with NOAA, and also with several environmental non-profit organizations.

He holds a Bachelor in Arts in Geography from the University of North Carolina, with a minor in Environmental ​Studies.

Outside of work, Matt identifies as a sportsman and gamer. Alongside basketball, his favorite sport, he enjoys playing other team sports, including ultimate frisbee and tennis. He will be right at home with Sol Systems’ 2015 Ragnar team. Aside from sports, Matt enjoys board games like Settlers of Catan, and battling friends in Super Smash Bros.
