In the month of September, we welcomed two more associates to the Sol Systems team!
Sara Rafalson is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she finished Phi Beta Kappa and highest distinction with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Sustainability, and Spanish. Prior to arriving at Sol Systems, Sara spent three years at the UNC Office of Waste Reduction and Recycling, worked as a New Media Fellow in the Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of the Interior, and spent a summer interning at the Alaska Center for the Environment. Outside of the office, Sara enjoys water polo, dinner parties, and Zumba classes.
Sara is glad to be at Sol Systems where she looks forward to bringing her communication skills and passion for energy solutions. With Sol Systems, Sara will work with the team to handle customer questions, marketing, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Anna Noucas joins Sol Systems after having worked as an intern for the Office of Senator Olympia J. Snowe (R-ME) in Washington, D.C after graduating from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Legal Studies and Environmental Studies. While at Bowdoin, Anna worked for the Upward Bound program at Bowdoin College helping to provide access to college for low income and first generation college students in Maine. Additionally, Anna was a member of the Bowdoin Women’s Volleyball team and captained the team her senior season. Anna hopes to continue playing volleyball while also finding ways to expand her athletic interests, maybe doing Zumba classes with Sara.
Anna is very excited to join the Sol Systems team and have the opportunity to pursue her environmental and renewable energy passions. She looks forward to being a part of the young, fun, hardworking work environment.
