Ricardo Tamez serves as a Business Development Analyst for both the Sol Customer Solutions and Sol International Teams. He supports the teams with research, due diligence, preliminary solar array design, and pricing for project and market proposals, with a particular focus on supporting proposals in international markets. In addition to his responsibilities as a Business Development Analyst, Ricardo serves on Sol Systems Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) ERG.
Previously, Ricardo interned at Monarch Global Strategies, a cross-border strategy consulting firm focused on facilitating market entry and business expansion in Mexico, where he supported on Healthcare and Energy matters. He also served as a Lloyd Meeds Policy Fellow at K&L Gates where he conducted research and drafted memos to support attorneys on both energy and healthcare matters.
Ricardo graduated from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service with a B.S. in International Politics and a Certificate in International Business Diplomacy.
