Lauren Miller

Solar Policy Associate

Lauren works on the SREC operations team, where she is responsible for handling inquiries for Sol Systems’ 12,000+ network of solar energy system owners and installers. She also manages production monitoring for SREC minting with PJM-GATS and NEPOOL, and customer meter readings. Additionally, Ms. Miller conducts policy research and interacts with the various public utilities commissions to guide customers through the path toward SREC certification.

With a background in environmental and energy policy, she has performed research and counsel on state and federal bills.  Previously, she worked at the White House Council of Environmental Quality in the Office of Federal Sustainability, where she focused on the implementation of Executive Order 13693 Planning for Federal Sustainability in the Next Decade, by developing mechanisms to ease the procurement of renewable energy for federal agencies.

Ms. Miller graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology and International Affairs with a concentration in Energy and the Environment.
