Becca Glazer is a Senior Director on Sol Systems’ Structured Finance team, in which she structures tax-motivated partnership investments for Sol Systems’ corporate and institutional clients. Ms. Glazer supports origination and business development efforts while retaining a focus on providing efficient structuring solutions for Helios’s tax equity and sponsor equity stakeholders.
Prior to joining Sol Systems, Ms. Glazer spent five years working in Ernst & Young’s National Tax practice where she specialized in renewable energy project finance. During her time at EY, she managed transaction due diligence on portfolios of both wind and solar assets in excess of $1 billion. Ms. Glazer advised Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions on investments in solar and wind assets across all asset classes, including facilitating the entrance into the US renewable energy market of first-time investors. Ms. Glazer also worked with clients to develop internal tracking and reporting systems to manage renewable energy investments once transactions closed. She served as a national resource to EY’s audit teams for two of the top five residential solar companies in the US, advising on project risk, policy implications, and transactional impacts for over 40 solar funds.
Ms. Glazer has a JD from Boston University School of Law, and has been admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. She also holds a BA in psychology from Amherst College.
