Ashley Regan serves as a Business Development Manager for Northeast at Sol Customer Solutions. Her territories include NY, NJ, PA, CT among other emerging solar and storage markets. Ms. Regan is a NABCEP certified Solar Technical Sales Professional with over 8 years of experience in business operations and commercial solar development. In her previous role, Ms. Regan worked as Director of Sales for Safari Energy, a wholly owned subsidiarity of the utility company PPL. Based in New York City, Ms. Regan developed public sector leads, oversaw pipeline management, identified and distributed new sales leads in targeted markets and developed procedures to de-risk projects. She was solely responsible for identifying scalable opportunities that achieve target return thresholds above $10 million per project or portfolio.
Prior to her role at Safari, Ms. Regan held a Director role at Solar by CIR in Buffalo, NY where she developed and presented performance and economic analyses for commercial and industrial solar energy systems and vetted and negotiated land options for large scale community solar development. In aggregate Ms. Regan has aided in the origination, procurement and commissioning over 20 MW of commercial solar PV systems.
Currently, Ms. Regan holds a BS from Canisius College in the field of Environmental Studies, with a focus on environmental issues and sustainable economics. Ms. Regan has previously developed projects in various fields, independently and as an employee of non-for-profit companies such as New York Sea Grant and Cornell Cooperative Extension.
