Tom Griffin provides technical diligence support to Sol Systems’ Project Finance team, providing project specific assessments and reviews, engaging developers and EPCs, and performing system energy modeling. Mr. Griffin also helps the Project Management team track the progress of ongoing construction and ensure the delivery of turn-key systems, and the Asset Management team to monitor the performance of assets under management and coordinate with O&M providers to resolve related issues.
Mr. Griffin first joined Sol Systems in January of 2015 as an analyst intern, where he supported the SREC trading desk and software data collection and migration efforts for the asset management team.
As part of his undergraduate degree, Mr. Griffin led a five-week study of the air quality in student dorms on campus. This project was a product of an EPA grant to research effective ways to reduce energy consumption in on-campus housing around the country.
Mr. Griffin holds a B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology with a concentration in Energy from James Madison University.
