Georgina Owino-Trice is Associate Counsel at Sol Systems, where she lends legal support to Sol Systems’ solar project finance team during project negotiations, deal structuring, and transaction closings.
Prior to joining Sol Systems, Ms. Owino-Trice was an Associate at Allen & Overy LLP. There her practice focused on representing lenders in the financing of energy and infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on utility-scale solar energy projects featuring innovative technologies. Prior to her tenure at Allen & Overy, Ms. Owino-Trice worked at an impact investment fund where she was responsible for drafting debt and equity agreements for fund investments.
Ms. Owino-Trice received her LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law, along with her J.D., from Georgetown University, where she served as Founder and President of the Law and International Development Society and was on the Alternative Dispute Resolution team. She received a B.A. in Philosophy, Political Science and Economic Law from the University of Pennsylvania where she was a Gates Millennium Scholar.
